  1. Annette says:

Hi. I just finished P90X and loved it. I am almost 59 years old and have been in good health but wanted to shape things up. I want to continue working out to keep and still even improve the tone. I want to avoid high impact but am comfortable adjusting to my needs. Do you recommend T25 for someone like me?

    • Chris johnson says:

Absolutely! I’m 45 and my wife is 50. I did p-90x myself. I loved it but my wife thought it was too lengthy. She is doing T-25 with me and is enjoying it. O e big difference between the two is a person called Tonya. Tonya is a person in the T-25 workouts that will modify the workout it it becomes too much for you. That way you can keep moving and get a workout. It is a bit mor towards the cardio vs P90X but it’s done in 30 minutes ( if you include the cool down). Enjoy!

  2. Anthony, I must say your input has helped to get me motivated to start T25. Good job.
I’m on day 4 and it has been tough, but fun. Lets see how it goes.

  3. I’ve completed the alpha and beta rounds. I enjoyed it that much that I’ve started the routine again. At the time I wasn’t aware of the Gamma stage so I’ll invest it that stage in the future.

In my first four weeks, I lost 2 stone went from 13st 8lbs to 11st 8lbs. Now on week 13 and I sit at around 10st 12lb. Delighted with the results so far and I keep on improving.

    • Anthony Tran says:

Wow congrats Rico on completing Alpha and Beta rounds. Yes there is a Gamma round. Do let us know what you think of it. Great job and even better results.

  4. Is this a workout that someone 60 years old can do if a beginner, but someone who needs to lose over 50 pounds?

    • Anthony Tran says:

Hi Kathy, you can do this workout even at 60 because there are modified movements. However, I do recommend that you go at your own pace and that you consult with your doctor before beginning.

  5. Hello did day 1 yesterday, kept up for the most part, onto to day 2 today. Shoukd I be doing the ab interval everyday?

    • Anthony Tran says:

Hi Bill, I don’t do ab intervals everyday… I do my best to stick to the schedule. However, if you’re body can handle it then go ahead and ad an extra ab routine. But like any muscle… you shouldn’t work it out everyday. You need time to give your body a chance to recover.

  6. Today was my first day doing T25. I have struggle with my body image for a while but I have decided to get healthy the right way. Wish me luck! Currently weight 200 pounds and want to be 130 lbs. Here I go!

    • Anthony Tran says:

Hi Carmen! Welcome to the T25 challenge. I’m excited to hear more about your journey. Just focus on each day and not what the scale says. My weight has remained the same, but I noticed my clothes fit differently… which means my body is transforming despite what the scale says.

  7. Starting week 3.. feeling determined yet still uncoordinated. Week 1 I was doing all modified.. week 2 not as much. Hoping this week i can get through it without the modified version! down 1.5 inches on my waste!! no lbs.. but feeling tighter and that is what i was looking for!

    • Anthony Tran says:

Hi Erin! Congrats on your progress. I have to agree I lost 1 inch on my waste, but have not seen any difference on my weight. Not focusing on the scale at the moment just how I feel and fit in my clothes.

  8. I’m currently on my last week of alpha and I’ve lost ten pounds so far. I am loving the workouts I get up at five every morning to burn some sweat before going to work. 25 minutes is perfect for me since I don’t have time because of my work schedule, my only problem with the workouts are the routines, (shame) I lack coordination so I look like a fool but I hang in there nonetheless to keep moving. can’t wait to move to Beta soon. YAY me!!!!

    • Anthony Tran says:

Hi Jerlock, wow you lost ten pounds that’s so awesome! Congrats on making it through Alpha. I’m still behind you, but I’m working towards that goal soon. You’re right on… don’t worry too much about looking coordinated… the fact that you’re pushing play and keep moving is key as your results have proven. Can’t wait to hear about your Beta results.

  9. Hollywood Stroller says:

I’ve just completed T25 having started it on 5th January. The results for me were really pleasing, I’ve gone from 12st 5lb to 11st 9lb. I’ve just started Week 1 again. I think this is the best thing for me,rather than going to a gym, as although finding 25 mins a day can be hard due to my lifestyle, the results are really worth it. I didn’t follow the nutrition plan, I was just careful with what I ate and kept eating the rubbish right down. Very happy days

    • Anthony Tran says:

Hi Daniel! Congratulations on completing T25 on January 5th (That’s my b-day=) Amazing results and so inspiring to hear that you’re continuing for another round. I totally hear you it’s tough to stay consistent with a workout routine and a nutrition plan. I’ll be honest I fell off the nutrition plan but am working to get back on the right track again. Stay strong and thank you for sharing your results.
