  1. This site was very helpful…a quick reference for those on the go and like to have things condensed in one location. Perfect for me! I am really looking forward to the T-25 journey!

  2. Toni scott says:

Do I have to do the stretch on the Sunday or can I miss that out, as long as I am doing the stretches after the workout?

    • Hi. The day off is actually designed to give your body rest. It is about longevity. Your body actually grows and heals when you are resting. Sure you might feel great doing it EVERY DAY, but if you keep doing that with no rest you will end up in trouble with injuries.

  3. Alejandra says:

Hello, I am in the 4th week of Alpha. Would like to ask if it is so important to rest on saturdays and sundays? If its not, which work out do You recomend?
    Thanks alot!

    • Hi. The days off are designed to give your body rest. Your body actually grows and heals when you are resting. Sure you might feel great doing it EVERY DAY, but if you keep doing that with no rest you will end up in trouble with injuries. Consistent workouts + rest + eat/drink right + sleep = Ninja lifestyle :-)

  4. Awesome work out
My question is: I have Myotonia Congenita i started this T25 hope more strength and fitness some work out i do it great and some i can’t do it even with lower impact like push ups my chest muscle is very weak . I try do my best. what should i do? continue trying do my best or i must do it complete to get result.

    • Hi Andy thanks for your message. The important thing here is to work at YOUR level, set the bar, and then raise that bar. I hope that helps. Keep going and doing your BEST :-)

  5. Just completed my very first workout! Feel great! Question though. I have had 2 sections and my stomach isn’t great. I really want to be able to get it toned. Will me doing this every day and sticking to the calender achieve this? (I am also on a diet so slowly losing the lbs)

    Thanks

    • Hey Hannah! First of all congrats on your progress so far. Yes you are on your way to achieving your goal! Keep going and keep us updated!

  6. Andrew Williams says:

I want to do t25 but I do a Rota at work 3days on 3 days off I do 8 in the morning till 10 at night would I be able to do them just on my 3 days off.

    • Rob Gregg says:

Hi Andrew, Thanks for your question. It must be tough trying to get some kind of scheduling your life with that kind of work Rota. A credit for you to try to make a change in your life! I think doing the T 25 three days rather than no days is much better do when you can at least you will have some kind of foundation to build from. If you can try and even half a workout on the days that you work (Before you start work) then that would turn you into ninja for the day and give you great energy (More so than you would have without working out)

  7. I finished Alfa. My fitness has increased but fat as they are

    • Rob Gregg says:

Believe it or not, High intensity workouts alone will not burn fat etc the quickest. It is a combination of Good sleep, right food/nutrition and good exercise.

You are definitely doing the right thing, just make sure the other boxes are ticked. What are your eating/drinking/sleeping habits like?

      • For eat three meals a day snack in the morning and in the eavning normal meal at noon. I just drink water. 7-8 hours at night. But my jop force me to sit for along time daily. Any way i enjoy this work out.I will continue Beta and Gamma then max 30
        I’m 163 Cm
        154 Lb

  8. I have just started T25 Gamma after completing Alpha and Beta. I noticed on the Friday schedule there is only one workout but it says Double Friday am I suppose to do that workout twice in the same day or do I just add another workout in there of my choice?

    • Rob Gregg says:

Hi Eryn. Thanks for your question. It is repeating the same workout to really push your body to the limit. Try your best with it. Let me know how you get on!

  9. Hi I am on my last week work out, where do I go from here?

    • Thank is AWESOME! Well done Wendy. My advice would be to go through it again, and I guarantee you will notice the difference, and that will be because your fitness would have improved whether you realise it or not.

How has it been for you so far?

      • It has been great for me. The 25 minutes a day has transformed my body and my mind set to a place where I feel guilty if I don’t workout every morning. I look forward to doing it agin.

    • Do max 30, and lmk how you like it.

  10. Is it important to do the workout five days in a row or is it okay to break them apart in a week as long as you are doing all of them?
