Starting in week 2 there are 2 workouts for Friday. Am I supposed to do them back to back? Would it be okay if I did one Friday & one Saturday?
    Thanks!

  2. Hi, T25 is outstanding!! I practiced for seven weeks, it was great, but was followed by injuries and a two-week break. Do I continue where I left off, or all over again? Thanks.

  3. Tasha Mason says:

Hi im on week two and i know everyone has different results but how long before you noticed results

  4. There are two workouts on Friday. Do I do them back to back (50 mins) or at different times of the day?

  5. I want to join this programme. How could I learn exercise. I m working out in Jim since last 20 days.

  6. This site was very helpful…a quick reference for those on the go and like to have things condensed in one location. Perfect for me! I am really looking forward to the T-25 journey!

  7. Toni scott says:

Do I have to do the stretch on the Sunday or can I miss that out, as long as I am doing the stretches after the workout?

    • Hi. The day off is actually designed to give your body rest. It is about longevity. Your body actually grows and heals when you are resting. Sure you might feel great doing it EVERY DAY, but if you keep doing that with no rest you will end up in trouble with injuries.

  8. Alejandra says:

Hello, I am in the 4th week of Alpha. Would like to ask if it is so important to rest on saturdays and sundays? If its not, which work out do You recomend?
    Thanks alot!

    • Hi. The days off are designed to give your body rest. Your body actually grows and heals when you are resting. Sure you might feel great doing it EVERY DAY, but if you keep doing that with no rest you will end up in trouble with injuries. Consistent workouts + rest + eat/drink right + sleep = Ninja lifestyle 🙂

  9. Awesome work out
My question is: I have Myotonia Congenita i started this T25 hope more strength and fitness some work out i do it great and some i can’t do it even with lower impact like push ups my chest muscle is very weak . I try do my best. what should i do? continue trying do my best or i must do it complete to get result.

    • Hi Andy thanks for your message. The important thing here is to work at YOUR level, set the bar, and then raise that bar. I hope that helps. Keep going and doing your BEST 🙂

  10. Just completed my very first workout! Feel great! Question though. I have had 2 sections and my stomach isn’t great. I really want to be able to get it toned. Will me doing this every day and sticking to the calender achieve this? (I am also on a diet so slowly losing the lbs)

    Thanks

    • Hey Hannah! First of all congrats on your progress so far. Yes you are on your way to achieving your goal! Keep going and keep us updated!
