This is my Focus T25 Workout Review Day 18 Cardio: I’m writing this blog post as I’m sitting at a Corner Bakery Cafe eating a Flatbread breakfast with spinach and scrambled eggs. Today I’m feeling great! Been happy with my progress and feel that fitness and eating healthy has become a part of my life. As mentioned in my last post working out to T25 has become more of mental challenge than a physical challenge.
I think my body is starting to get use to the workouts so I don’t feel that I’m working out as hard anymore. Of course there are always ways you can challenge yourself further by doing more reps or punching harder, or squatting lower, etc. However, I’m feeling the need to add some kind of weight training to my workouts.
Originally my goal was to lose my belly fat and have more energy. However, I’m starting to realize that if I want to have the physique that I’ve always wanted… I need to add some lean muscle gain as well.
I’ve been debating if I should incorporate P90X3 to my workout regiment. But, then a part of me is holding back because I wanted to see what my results would be if I just stuck with T25.
What do you think?
Focus T25 Workout Review Day 18 Cardio
It seems like such a long time ago since my first T25 Cardio workout. I still remember how hard it was for me. All the jumping, squatting, running, etc… I was out of breathe and didn’t know if I could finish the workout.
I fly through the workouts now. I know the routine by heart and it’s starting to become second nature. It’s amazing what can happen when you just push through the pain and try to stay consistent.
I by no means feel like a fitness expert or anything like that. But, I think back at where I was before I started…. a couch potato that cringed at the idea of working out.
I’m curious how you’re doing? Have you been able to push through? Do you feel the same why I do?
This journal has been therapeutic and fulfilling. It’s weird this whole blogging thing. Writing a virtual journal which thousands of people can see.
I actually have about an average of 2000 readers from all around the world reading this blog daily. Crazy right?!
Thanks for following this fitness journey and I hope that these blog posts are helping you in one way or another.
I wish I could tell you all the scientific and nutrition stats and body fat measurement information, but I’m simply not a nutritionist, or a fitness trainer. I’m just a regular guy working out to T25 like you.
Have a great day and keep pushing play!
